Sri Kumaran Mills Limited, one of the first mills to be established in Coimbatore, the Manchester of the south, was taken over by the P.S.G Group in the pre-independence era, situated on the Coimbatore - Metupalayam highway, close to the Nilgris. Late Sri Doraiswamy Naidu, Bolton Tech, Diploma in Textile city and Guilds, Full Tech has been a guiding force of this company since its inception in 1937. The management is headed by Sri.D.Krishamurthy, a Graduate in mathematics from the madras university and an M.S in Production Management from S.U.N.Y at Binghamton and as MBA in Finance & Marketing from State University of New York at Baffalo, along with the Diploma from the Murdoch's International Cotton School at Memphis, Tennessee in Grading, Stapling and classing Cotton. He has also cleared the USDA Examination in Cotton classing and stapling. |
